Meet the Undercover Millenial

Diversity in:

  1. Age

  2. Ethnicity

  3. Religion

  4. Political

  5. And “generational” as well!

For sure, communication within different generations can be difficult.

Especially when one generation thinks they have to bend to the other instead of collaborating and exploring the possibilities of each other’s strengths and talents.

Let’s take Millennials, for example.

It’s been said that Millennials have:

  1. Entitled attitudes

  2. Unrealistic expectations

Would you believe me if I told you none of the above was true, and it all came down to generational communication?

What if I told you, you could work together to create a win-win by:

  1. Learning to collaborate … not to control

  2. Seeing potential and possibilities … not limitation

  3. Getting rid of stereotyping

I want to introduce Clint Pulver, the ‘Undercover Millennial.’

Clint strongly believes that a single moment in time can change a person’s life. He has traveled the world speaking to youth and adult audiences alike, challenging them to dream, excel, connect, and believe-both in themselves and in the power of others.

Clint’s research has found that there are basic, core human principles in every human being that closes the generational gap.

Learn how to communicate with Millennials and other generations with core human principles that create loyalty by watching the interview below.
