For sure, communication within different generations can be difficult.

Especially when one generation thinks they have to bend to the other instead of collaborating and exploring the possibilities of each other’s strengths and talents.

Let’s take Millennials, for example.

It’s been said that Millennials have:

  2. Unrealistic expectations
